How delivery works
Free demo access is available immediately in the browser. After a paid plan is activated, access to the included RoleWarmup practice features is delivered to the customer’s account online.
When access is available
Account access is normally available immediately after the payment provider confirms a successful payment on the server. If confirmation or account access is delayed, contact support with the account email and transaction reference so we can investigate.
Delivery fee and format
The delivery fee is $0. The service is delivered electronically through the RoleWarmup website and, where included in the selected plan, the paired desktop application. No physical goods are sent.
Service availability
AI features depend on the availability of the configured technology providers. A temporary provider outage does not create a shipping delay; contact support if an included feature remains unavailable and we will review the issue under the Refunds and cancellation policy.
